PARTICLE-FREE HEAT INSULATING MATERIAL MANUFACTURING METHOD
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a particle-free heat insulating board (100) which does not make particles even when heated at a high temperature. The method includes: a heat insulating board preparation step (S210) of removing foreign substances from the surface of a heat insulating board (10) which is a base material; a hardening and heat treatment step (S230) of hardening the heat insulating board (10) by applying a hardener (20) to the heat insulating board (10) and heating the board; a surface polishing step (S240) of sanding the surface of the hardened heat insulating board (10) to make the surface flat; a heat insulating board washing step (S250) of removing foreign substances generated on the heat insulating board (10) during the surface polishing step (S240); a coating agent application step (S270) of applying a ceramic coating agent (30), which is generated by mixing ceramic powder with organic solvent, to the surface of the heat insulating board (10); and a particle-free coating step (S280) of forming a particle-free heat insulating board (100), on which a ceramic coating layer (40) has been formed, by heating the ceramic coating agent (30) on the heat insulating board (10) until the agent is hardened.
본 발명에 따르면, 고온 가열시에도 분진이 발생되지 않는 무분진 단열보드(100)를 제조하기 위한 무분진 단열보드 제조 방법에 있어서, 모재인 단열보드(10)의 표면에 부착된 이물질을 제거하는 단열보드 준비 단계(S210); 이물질이 제거된 단열보드(10)에 경화제(20)를 도포하고 가열하여 단열보드(10)를 경화처리하는 경화열처리 단계(S230); 경화된 단열보드(10)의 표면이 평탄해지도록 샌딩(Sanding)하는 표면 연마 단계(S240); 상기 표면 연마 단계(S240)를 거치면서 단열보드(10)에 발생된 이물질을 제거하는 단열보드 세척 단계(S250); 세라믹파우더와 유기용매가 교반되어 생성된 세라믹코팅제(30)를 이물질이 제거된 단열보드(10)의 표면에 도포하는 코팅제 도포 단계(S270); 및 단열보드(10)에 도포된 세라믹코팅제(30)가 경화되도록 가열하여 표면에 세라믹코팅층(40)이 형성된 무분진 단열보드(100)를 형성하는 무분진 코팅 단계(S280);를 포함하는 무분진 단열보드 제조 방법이 제공된다.
