SHRINKAGE-REDUCING AND RAPID-HARDENING CEMENT CONCRETE COMPOSITION HAVING EXCELLENT DURABILITY AND REPAIRING METHOD OF ROAD PAVEMENT THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a shrinkage-reducing type rapid hardening cement concrete composition with excellent durability and a road pavement maintenance construction method using the same. The present invention includes: 5-45 wt% of rapid hardening binder; 10-75 wt% of fine aggregate; 10-65 wt% of coarse aggregate; 0.01-25 wt% of reforming admixture; and 0.1-25 wt% of water. The rapid hardening binder includes: 10-60 wt% of normal granular Portland cement which has fineness of 4,000-8,500 cm^2/g; 5-50 wt% of calcium sulfoaluminate; 1-40 wt% of calcium aluminate cement; 1-40 wt% of sericite; 1-40 wt% of blast furnace slag powder which has fineness of 4,500-8,500 cm^2/g; 0.1-20 wt% of gypsum; 0.01-20 wt% of bauxite; 0.01-10 wt% of cyclohexylamine nitrite; 0.01-10 wt% of lithium carbonate; and 0.01-10 wt% of sodium carbonate. The shrinkage-reducing type rapid hardening cement concrete composition according to the present invention can improve the strength, durability, and especially waterproofing and soundproofing properties of concrete by forming dense concrete by promoting the initial hydration and densification of the cement. The present invention can obtain an effect of preventing surface crack and expansion failure phenomenon by drying shrinkage by using an expanding agent and a shrinkage reducing agent.
본 발명은 내구성이 우수한 수축저감형 속경성 시멘트 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 도로 포장 보수 공법에 관한 것으로, 속경성 결합재 5∼45중량%, 잔골재 10∼75중량%, 굵은골재 10∼65중량%, 개질 혼화제 0.01∼25 중량% 및 물 0.1∼25 중량%를 포함하며, 상기 속경성 결합재는 분말도가 4,000∼8,500㎠/g인 미립도 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트 10∼60중량%, 칼슘설포알루미네이트 5∼50중량%, 칼슘알루미네이트 시멘트 1∼40중량%, 견운모 1∼40중량%, 분말도가 4,500∼8,500㎠/g인 고로슬래그 분말 1∼40중량%, 석고 0.1∼20중량%, 보크사이트 0.01~20중량%, 시클로헥실아민 아질산염 0.01∼10중량, 리튬카보네이트 0.01~10 중량% 및 탄산나트륨 0.01∼10중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 수축저감형 속경성 시멘트 콘크리트 조성물은 시멘트의 초기 수화 및 조직의 치밀화를 촉진하여 밀실한 콘크리트를 만들 수 있어 콘크리트의 강도 및 내구성, 특히 방수·방청성을 개선할 수 있다. 또한, 팽창재와 수축저감제를 사용함으로써 건조수축에 의한 표면균열 및 팽창파괴현상을 방지하는 효과를 발휘할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
