SIZE CHANGEABLE TYPE MOVABLE STEEL FORM FOR CABLE TUNNEL STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a size-changeable movable steel form for an electric power tunnel structure, which is used for placing concrete, being able to move forward and backward and to reduce a construction period and construction costs. To this end, the size-changeable movable steel form for an electric power tunnel comprises: a first jack support and a second jack support, which are vertically placed on the ground surface to have a height control unit jack on a bottom side; a wheel unit installed in between the first jack support and the second jack support to be linked to the height control unit jack for determining a contact with the ground surface and a distance from the ground surface; and a roof slab form combined with a top side of the first jack support and the second jack support to form slab of a box structure, to be linked to the height control unit jack, and to be fallen as the height control unit jack fallen to allow the wheel unit to come in contact with the ground surface. According to the present invention, a roof slab form and a wall form are separated from each other to be respectively, independently detached from a box structure cured with concrete.
콘크리트 타설을 위해 사용되는 거푸집을 전후로 이동 가능하게 하여 공사기간을 단축하고 공사비용을 줄여줄 수 있는 전력구 구조물용 사이즈 변화타입 이동형 강재 거푸집이 개시된다. 이를 위하여 지면에 수직방향으로 배치되며 하부에 높이 조절부잭이 구비된 제1,2 잭 서포트와, 상기 높이 조절부잭에 연동되어 지면 접촉과 지면 이격이 결정되도록 제1 잭 서포트와 제2 잭 서포트 사이에 설치된 바퀴부, 및 상기 제1,2 잭 서포트의 상부에 결합되어 박스 구조물의 슬래브를 형성하며, 상기 높이 조절부잭에 연동되어 상기 바퀴부가 지면에 접촉되도록 높이 조절부잭이 하강함에 따라 하강하는 지붕슬래브 거푸집을 포함하는 전력구 구조물용 사이즈 변화타입 이동형 강재 거푸집을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 지붕슬래브 거푸집과 벽체 거푸집이 서로 분리되도록 구성됨에 따라 각각 독자적으로 콘크리트로 양생된 박스 구조물로부터 탈착될 수 있다.
