ASSEMBLY OF FLOOR MODULE
The present invention relates to a floor material structure. The floor material structure comprises: a base plate having a first area and a second area; a first impact absorbing bristle unit having a plurality of first impact absorbing bristles planted in the first area; a second impact absorbing bristle unit having a plurality of second impact absorbing bristles planted in the second area; a silica layer including silica filled between the first and the second impact absorbing bristles; and a filler layer which is positioned on the silica layer, and includes a filler filled between the first and the second impact absorbing bristles. Ends of the first impact absorbing bristles exposed to the outside have a cut shape, and end of the second absorbing bristles exposed to the outside have a closed loop shape. The first area and the second area are alternately positioned in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction. A size of an edge of the first area is 0.5-1.5 cm, and a size of an edge of the second area is 0.5-1.5 cm. The filler includes wood flour, ii) an elastic polymer including a styrene-based polymer, and iii) a curable polymer including an olefin-based polymer, and includes 40 parts by weight of the wood flour based on 100 parts by weight of the filler.
본 발명은 바닥재 구조체에 관한 것으로서, 상기 바닥재 구조체는 제1 영역과 제2 영역을 구비한 기판, 상기 제1 영역에 심겨져 있는 복수의 제1 충격 흡수모를 구비한 제1 충격 흡수모부, 상기 제2 영역에 심겨져 있는 복수의 제2 충격 흡수모를 구비한 제2 충격 흡수모부, 상기 제1 및 제2 충격 흡수모 사이에 채워져 있는 규사를 포함하는 규사층, 그리고 상기 규사층 위에 위치하고 상기 제1 및 제2 충격모 사이에 채워져 있는 충진재를 포함하는 충진재층을 포함한다. 이때, 상기 제1 충격 흡수모는 외부로 노출된 단부는 절삭된 형상을 갖고 상기 제2 충격 흡수모는 외부로 노출된 단부의 형상이 폐루프 형상을 가지며, 상기 제1 영역과 상기 제2 영역은 가로 방향과 세로 방향으로 교대로 위치하고 제1 영역의 변의 크기는 0.5㎝ 내지 1.5㎝이고, 상기 제2 영역의 변의 크기는 0.5㎝ 내지 1.5㎝이고, 상기 충진재는 목분, ii) 스티렌계 중합체를 포함하는 탄성 중합체, 및 iii) 올레핀계 중합체를 포함하는 경화성 중합체를 포함하고, 충진재 100 중량부를 기준으로 상기 목분을 40 중량부 이상 함유한다.

The present invention relates to a floor material structure.
