The invention discloses a floor heating module and a floor heating module construction method. The floor heating module comprises a heating pipe, an upper template and a lower template; the upper template comprises a high-emissivity surface layer, a floor tile layer and a heat conduction filling layer which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom, and an upper groove is formed in the bottom surface of the upper template; and the lower template is stacked below the upper template, a lower groove is formed in the top face of the lower template, and a containing channel used for containing the heating pipe is formed between the upper groove and the lower groove. On one hand, the high-emissivity surface layer remarkably improves the heat radiation capacity of the floor heating surface, room heating is more efficient, the heating amount is increased under the same floor surface temperature, the heat comfort degree of a heated room is high, and the floor surface temperature can be reduced under the same heating load; and on the other hand, simple modular design is adopted, the structure is simple, construction is efficient, and maintenance is convenient.
本发明公开了一种地暖模块及地暖模块构造方法,地暖模块包括加热管;上模板,上模板包括从上往下依次层叠的高发射率面层、地砖层和导热填充层,上模板的底面设有上沟槽;下模板,下模板层叠在上模板的下方,下模板的顶面设有下沟槽,上沟槽和下沟槽之间形成用于容置加热管的容置通道。一方面,高发射率面层显著改善地暖表面热辐射能力,对房间供暖更高效,相同地板表面温度下供暖量增大,供暖房间热舒适度高,相同供暖负荷下可降低地板表面温度;另一方面,采用了简单模块化设计,结构简单、施工高效、维护方便。
