Soil cement mixing method by special Auger
The present invention relates to a ground improvement method using a special auger. More specifically, the ground improvement method using a special auger comprises the following steps of: (a) rotating a drilling auger of which a drill bit is attached and detached to and from a front end portion, of which stirring wings are formed on an upper end portion, and which has a plurality cutter blades protruding upward and downward while forming a spiral on the outer periphery of a rod such that intervals are formed between adjacent cutter blades and the protruding length of the cutter blades are formed to be short from the upward direction to the downward direction, and selectively using drilling water to drill the ground to be improved to the planned depth; and (b) stirring excavated soil of the ground to be improved and an injection material such that the excavated soil and the injection material are mixed through the cutter blades and the stirring wings while selectively injecting the injection material into the ground to be improved during a drilling process or a drawing process of the drilling auger, so as to improve the ground to be improved.
본 발명은 특수오거를 이용한 지반 개량 공법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는, a) 선단부에 드릴비트가 탈, 부착되고 상단부에 교반날개가 구성되며, 롯드 외주연에는 상,하로 나선형을 이루면서 돌출된 복수의 커터날이 구성되어 인접하는 커터날 간에 유격이 형성되면서 상방향에서 하방향으로 커터날의 돌출된 길이가 짧게 구성되는 천공오거를 회전 구동시키고 선택적으로 천공수를 사용하여 계획 심도까지 개량 대상 지반을 천공하는 단계; 및 b) 상기 천공오거의 천공 과정 또는 인발 과정에서 선택적으로 주입재를 개량 대상 지반에 주입하면서 상기 커터날과 교반날개를 통해 상기 개량 대상 지반의 굴착토와 주입재가 혼합되도록 교반하여 개량 대상 지반을 개량하는 단계;를 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
