FOREIGN MATTERS REMOVAL SYSTEM FOR WATER INTAKE CHANNEL
The present invention relates to a system to remove foreign substances from a water intake channel, which enables foreign substances to be floated to be removed from the floor of a water intake channel provided to a cooling apparatus for plant equipment. According to the present invention, the system to remove foreign substances from the water intake channel comprises: the water intake channel (100) which guides cooling water introduced from the outside to supply cooling water to a cooling apparatus in a plant; a filter member (200) placed on the water intake channel (100) to filter out foreign substances in the cooling water; a foreign substances floating member (300) which sprays fluid supplied from outside and precipitated in the cooling water of the water intake channel (100) to allow the filter member (200) to filter out foreign substances of the water intake channel (100), thereby making the foreign substances float; and a foreign substances removing member (500) placed on the water intake channel (100) to remove the foreign substances filtered out by the filter member (200).
본 발명은 플랜트설비의 냉각장치에 제공되기 위한 냉각수가 안내되는 취수로의 바닥에서 이물질을 부유시켜서 제거할 수 있는 취수로의 이물질 제거 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 특징은, 플랜트의 냉각장치에 냉각수를 공급하기 위해 외부로부터 유입되는 냉각수를 냉각장치에 안내하는 취수로(100)와, 취수로(100)에 구비되어 유입되는 냉각수의 이물질을 필터링하는 필터부재(200)와, 필터부재(200)에 취수로(100)의 이물질이 필터링되도록 취수로(100)의 냉각수에 침전된 상태로 외부로부터 공급되는 유체를 분사하여 이물질을 부유시키는 이물질부유부재(300)와, 취수로(100)에 구비되어 필터부재(200)에 의해 필터링되는 이물질을 제거하는 이물질제거부재(500)를 포함한다.

본 발명은 플랜트설비의 냉각장치에 제공되기 위한 냉각수가 안내되는 취수로의 바닥에서 이물질을 부유시켜서 제거할 수 있는 취수로의 이물질 제거 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 특징은, 플랜트의 냉각장치에 냉각수를 공급하기 위해 외부로부터 유입되는 냉각수를 냉각장치에 안내하는 취수로(100)와, 취수로(100)에 구비되어 유입되는 냉각수의 이물질을 필터링하는 필터부재(200)와, 필터부재(200)에 취수로(100)의 이물질이 필터링되도록 취수로(100)의 냉각수에 침전된 상태로 외부로부터 공급되는 유체를 분사하여 이물질을 부유시키는 이물질부유부재(300)와, 취수로(100)에 구비되어 필터부재(200)에 의해 필터링되는 이물질을 제거하는 이물질제거부재(500)를 포함한다.
