Grease receiving groove of the carrier plate guide ribs
The present invention relates to a grease accommodation groove of guide ribs of a carrier plate. The carrier plate includes a plate body which has a wide upper portion and a narrow lower portion, and has predetermined thickness, a cable fastening portion which is coupled to the outer surface of the plate body, and extends in a lengthwise direction, and a plurality of guide ribs which are coupled to the outer surface of the plate body. The guide ribs are curved toward the outside of the plate body and form a rail groove with the outer surface of the plate body, a plurality of convex portions are formed to extend in a lengthwise direction at the positions of the guide ribs facing the outer surface of the plate body in parallel, and a grease accommodation groove capable of accommodating grease is formed between the convex portions. Due to such characteristics, while the rail passes through the guide ribs, grease on the rail is accommodated in the accommodation groove to continuously supply the grease to the rail.
본 발명에 따른 캐리어 플레이트의 가이드 리브의 그리스 수용 홈에 관한 발명으로, 캐리어 플레이트는 상단부가 넓고 하단부가 좁으며, 일정한 두께를 지닌 플레이트 본체, 플레이트 본체의 외측면에 결합되고, 길이방향으로 연장된 케이블 체결부, 플레이트 본체의 외측면에 결합되는 복수의 가이드 리브를 포함하고, 가이드 리브는 플레이트 본체의 바깥쪽을 향하여 만곡(彎曲)되어, 플레이트 본체의 외측면과 레일 홈을 형성하고, 플레이트 본체의 외측면과 평행하게 마주보는 가이드 리브의 위치에 복수의 볼록부가 길이방향으로 연장형성되어, 볼록부 사이에 그리스를 수용할 수 있는 그리스 수용 홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 특징으로 인해 레일이 가이드 리브를 지나가면서, 레일에 묻어 있는 그리스가 수용 홈에 수용되어 지속적으로 레일에 그리스를 공급할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
