RECEIVING BASKET AND GREASE TRAP
To provide a receiving basket that can stably maintain the state of fat flotation separation and prevent the mixing of fat into the drainage water flowing into the sewerage system.SOLUTION: A receiving basket is placed in a drainage inflow part of a grease trap, having the drainage inflow part that receives drainage water and a separation part that separates and retains fat by flotation from the drainage water, and captures solid matter from the drainage water. The receiving basket is formed in a box shape having an upstream-side wall, a downstream-side wall, left and right side walls, and a bottom wall. No drain holes are formed in the bottom wall, and multiple drain holes are formed in at least one of the upstream-side wall, the downstream-side wall, and the left and right side walls.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
