The present invention relates to a protective wall cover which includes a first combination portion and a second combination portion to prevent an anchor bolt from being exposed when the protective wall cover is fixed to a protective wall. The protective wall cover comprises: a cover body which is formed by bending a plate in a longitudinal section form of a protective wall; the first combination portion which is formed on one side in the cover body; the second combination portion which is formed on the other side in the cover body; and a binding portion which restricts vertical movement of the first combination portion. The first combination portion includes a vertical fitting portion, and the second combination portion includes a vertical fitting portion and a horizontal movement portion. The binding portion includes: a pipe-shaped guide member; a push base of which a part is inserted to one end of the guide member; a stopper of which one end is inserted to the other end of the guide member and the other end penetrates one side of the vertical fitting portion; and an elastic member which connects the push base to the stopper in the guide member. When the push base is inserted to the guide member, the stopper protrudes.
