The present invention relates to a re-formable packaging material construction method using a composition of a packaging material and a surface treatment device. The re-formable packaging material construction method using a composition of a packaging material and a surface treatment device comprises: (A) a step of preparing for construction; (B) a step of taping an installation section specified in the drawing with masking tape; (C) a step of removing an existing non-slip packaging material; (D) a step of sucking the existing non-slip packaging material removed from the bottom surface; (E) a step of repairing the local damage of the bottom surface; (F) a step of applying a mixture of an MMA resin, a hardener, and an aggregate; and (G) a step of removing the masking tape before curing the packaging material. In addition, the re-formable packaging material construction method using a composition of a packaging material and a surface treatment device comprises: (a) a step of preparing for construction; (b) a step of taping an installation section specified in the drawing with masking tape; (c) a step of removing an existing coating-type floor packaging material; (d) a step of sucking the existing coating-type floor packaging material removed from the bottom surface; (e) a step of repairing the local damage of the bottom surface; (f) a step of applying a primer to the repaired bottom surface; (g) a step of applying base mortar to the installation section; (h) a step of installing a stencil sheet after applying the base mortar; (i) a step of applying top mortar after installing the stencil sheet; (j) a step of performing a top coating operation after applying the top mortar; and (h) a step of removing the masking tape before curing the packaging material. The re-formable packaging material construction method using a composition of a packaging material and a surface treatment device according to an embodiment of the present invention can improve the visibility and a slip resistance coefficient by installing a packaging material after removing the existing material with a grinding machine and various equipment when it is necessary to repair the existing non-slip packaging material and the coating-type floor packaging material.
