COMBINATION STRUCTURE BETWEEN DECK-PLATE AND SPACER FOR PREVENTING SAG
The present invention relates to a combination structure between a deck plate and a spacer. By applying a fastening tool (press bolt) for coupling that is developed by an inventor of the present invention, the spacer is coupled to the top of the deck plate while there is no need to form a perforation hole in a location of a fastening portion of the deck plate. In addition, a sealing state of the combination structure is able to completely block a leakage of concrete liquid that is placed in the fastening portion. In particular, by using a ring shaped stone edge formed during coupling, the combination structure is able to keep the position without being pushed out by a load generated during concrete placing.
본 발명은 본원 출원인이 자체 개발한 결합용 체결구(압입볼트)를 적용하여 데크플레이트 상부에 스페이서를 결합하되 데크플레이트에 체결부위의 위치에 맞춰 타공홀(Hole)을 형성해야 했던 번거로움을 없애면서도 체결부위가 타설되는 콘크리트액의 누수를 보다 완벽하게 차단시킬 수 있는 씰링 상태가 되도록 하고, 특히 결합시 형성되는 환형돌테에 의하여 콘크리트 타설시 발생하는 하중에도 밀려나지 않고 버티는 보강역할을 하도록 한 것이다.
