COMBINATION STRUCTURE BETWEEN DECK-PLATE AND SPACER USING PRESS BOLT
In the present invention, a fastening tool (press bolt) for combining process invented by an inventor of the present invention is applied to be automatically combined to an upper portion deck plate without unnecessarily forming a perforation hole (112) matched to the location of a fastening portion on the deck plate and having a sealed state such that leakage of concrete liquid placed into the fastening portion can be perfectly prevented, thereby perfectly preventing flowing down of concrete liquid placed later on.
본 발명은 본원 출원인이 자체 개발한 결합용 체결구(압입볼트)를 적용하여 데크플레이트 상부에 스페이서를 자동으로 결합하되 데크플레이트에 체결부위의 위치에 맞춰 타공홀(112)(Hole)을 형성해야 했던 번거로움을 없애면서도 체결부위가 타설되는 콘크리트액의 누수를 보다 완벽하게 차단시킬 수 있는 씰링 상태가 되도록 함으로써 차후 타설되는 콘크리트 액의 흘러내림을 완벽하게 차단하도록 한 것이다.
