MASTIC ASPHALT LUMP COMPOSITION FOR PERMANENT REPAIR
The present invention relates to a permanent repair mastic asphalt lump composition for emergency repairs. The permanent repair mastic asphalt lump composition can minimize the height difference between paved road surfaces unlike in the conventional temporary maintenance to guarantee the safe running of vehicles, reduce the financial loss of paying the construction cost twice, and reduce accidents on paved roads with the vehicles running thereon. According to the present invention, the permanent repair mastic asphalt lump composition for emergency repairs includes: 7 to 12 wt% of modified asphalt; 1 to 6 wt% of natural asphalt; 0.01 to 0.5 wt% of a surfactant; 0.5 to 4 wt% of slaked lime; 12 to 32 wt% of a filler; 13 to 45 wt% of an abrasive agent; and 0.5 to 50.99 wt% of a coarse aggregate material with the particle size of 13 mm or less.
본 발명은 기존의 일시 보수와는 달리 포로 포장면의 높이 차이를 최소화 할 수 있어 안전한 차량 주행성을 보장할 수 있고 일시 보수재로 보수된 면을 추후 다시 영구 보수재로 보수해야 하는 번거로움을 줄일 뿐만 아니라 두 번의 시공비를 지불해야하는 경제적 손실을 줄일 수 있으며, 차량이 주행하고 있는 도로포장의 공사에서 발생할 수 있는 사고도 줄일 수 있는 긴급보수를 위한 영구보수용 매스틱 아스팔트 괴 조성물에 대한 발명이다.본 발명에 따르는 긴급보수를 위한 영구보수용 매스틱 아스팔트 괴 조성물은: 개질 아스팔트 7~12 중량%; 천연아스팔트 1~6 중량%; 계면활성제 0.01~0.5 중량%; 소석회 0.5~4 중량%; 채움재 12~32 중량%; 석분 13~45 중량%; 및 13mm 이하의 굵은 골재 0.5~50.99 중량%을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
