PRODUCING METHOD FOR MASTIC ASPHALT LUMP COMPOSITION FOR PERMANENT REPAIR
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a mastic asphalt lump composition for permanent repair for emergency repair which can minimize a height difference of a road pavement surface unlike conventional temporary repair to guarantee safe vehicle drivability, reduce inconvenience of having to repair a surface repaired by a temporary repair material again by a permanent repair material afterwards, reduce an economic loss of paying construction costs twice, and reduce accidents which can occur in construction of a road pavement on which vehicles run. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of a mastic asphalt lump composition for permanent repair for emergency repair comprises: a step of manufacturing mastic asphalt using a melting and mixing device; and a step of attaching powder including a polymer with the glass transition temperature of 40-210°C to the outside to prevent the mastic asphalt from sticking.
본 발명은 기존의 일시 보수와는 달리 포로 포장면의 높이 차이를 최소화 할 수 있어 안전한 차량 주행성을 보장할 수 있고 일시 보수재로 보수된 면을 추후 다시 영구 보수재로 보수해야 하는 번거로움을 줄일 뿐만 아니라 두 번의 시공비를 지불해야하는 경제적 손실을 줄일 수 있으며, 차량이 주행하고 있는 도로포장의 공사에서 발생할 수 있는 사고도 줄일 수 있는 긴급보수를 위한 영구보수용 매스틱 아스팔트 괴 조성물의 제조방법에 대한 발명이다. 본 발명에 따르는 긴급보수를 위한 영구보수용 매스틱 아스팔트 괴 조성물의 제조방법은: 용융 및 혼합 장치를 통하여 매스틱 아스팔트를 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 매스틱 아스팔트가 서로 들러붙지 않게 외부에 유리전이 온도가 40~210℃인 폴리머를 포함하는 분말을 부착시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
