The present invention relates to a monitoring system for integrally managing constructions in real-time using a compacting grouting method, which allows a management server to integrally manage a plant supplying an injection material and an injection unit injecting the injection material when the ground is improved by a compaction grouting method to optimize a supply amount and a supply time of an injection material and allows the center to monitor the whole site in real-time to establish an efficient plant for a process. The monitoring system of the present invention comprises: a plant which is formed to supply an injection material made by mixing stone powder, granite, cement, and water and includes a hopper supplying each material and a load cell formed in each hopper to measure the weight of each hopper; an injection unit injecting an injection material supplied from the plant into an injection hole to form a bulb within the ground; and a management server including a plant control module, an injection control module, and a display module, wherein the plant control module receives a signal from the load cell of the plant to control an amount of supply discharged from each hopper, the injection control module is connected to the injection unit to control an injection pressure, an injection depth, and an injection amount, and the display module displays information of the plant control module and the injection control module.
본 발명은 컴팩션 그라우팅 공법을 이용한 지반 개량시 주입재를 공급하는 플랜트와 주입재를 주입하는 주입부를 관리서버에서 통합 관리함으로써, 주입재의 공급량 및 공급 시기를 최적화하고 현장 전체를 중앙에서 실시간 감시하여 공정에 대한 효율적인 계획 수립이 가능한 컴팩션 그라우팅 실시간 통합 시공관리 모니터링 시스템에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 컴팩션 그라우팅 실시간 통합 시공관리 모니터링 시스템은 석분, 마사, 시멘트 및 물을 혼합하여 제조되는 주입재를 공급하기 위한 것으로 각 재료를 공급하는 호퍼 및 상기 각 호퍼에 구비되어 각 호퍼의 중량을 측정하는 로드셀이 구비된 플랜트; 상기 플랜트로부터 공급된 주입재를 주입공에 주입하여 지반 내에 구근을 형성시키는 주입부; 및 상기 플랜트의 로드셀로부터 신호를 수신하여 각 호퍼에서 토출되는 공급량을 조절하는 플랜트 제어모듈, 상기 주입부에 연결되어 주입재의 주입압, 주입 심도 및 주입량을 제어하는 주입 제어모듈 및 상기 플랜트 제어모듈과 주입 제어모듈의 정보를 표시하는 표시모듈로 구성되는 관리서버; 를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
