PDF POLYETHYLENE DOUBLE FRAME PANEL WATER TANK WITH VIBRATION ISOLATION SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a polyethylene double frame (PDF) panel water tank including an earthquake-resistant system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the PDF panel water tank including the earthquake-resistant system includes: a bottom frame including base concrete installed on a horizontal surface and at least one among a square pipe, an H-beam, and a channel installed in the upper part of the base concrete; a vibration control plate having an angle coupled and fixed to the upper surface of the base concrete to be installed in the upper part of the base concrete and formed of a rubber material, wherein the angle protrudes from both sides of the lower part and the at least one among the square pipe, the H-beam, and the channel is placed on the upper surface of the vibration control plate; a fixing plate including a fixing unit fixed by being axially coupled to the upper part of the vibration control plate, and a welding unit integrally formed with the fixing unit and bent to the upper side, wherein the welding unit is welded to the at least one among the square pipe, the H-beam, and the channel; a PDF panel installed in the upper part of the bottom frame and including a body having an inner space and a rib formed in the inner space, wherein a protrusion unit is formed at one end of the body and a groove unit is formed on the other end; and a foam heat insulating material keeping the PDF panel warm by being inserted into the inner space of the body.
본 발명은 내진 시스템이 구비된 PDF 패널 물탱크에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 내진 시스템이 구비된 PDF 패널 물탱크는 수평면에 배열 설치된 기초콘크리트 및 상기 기초콘크리트의 상부에 배치되는 사각파이프, H-빔, 찬넬 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 바닥프레임을 포함하며, 상기 기초콘크리트의 상부에 설치 가능하도록 기초콘크리트의 상면에 체결고정되는 앵글이 하부 양측에 돌출 형성되고 상면에 사각파이프, H-빔, 찬넬 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상이 얹혀지며 고무재질로 형성된 진동조절판, 상기 진동조절판의 상부에 축 체결되어 고정되는 고정부 및 상기 고정부와 일체로 형성되고 상부방향으로 절곡 형성되어 사각파이프, H-빔, 찬넬 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상과 용접된 용접부를 포함하는 고정판, 상기 바닥프레임의 상부에 설치되며 일단에 돌출부가 형성되고 타단에 홈부가 형성되며 내부공간이 마련된 몸체와 상기 내부공간에 배열형성된 리브를 포함하는 PDF 패널 및 상기 몸체의 내부공간에 삽입되어 PDF 패널을 보온하는 발포성 보온재를 더 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a polyethylene double frame (PDF) panel water tank including an earthquake-resistant system.
