본 발명은 볏짚 이엉 제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 프레임과, 상기 프레임에 설치되어 상면에 볏짚들이 안착된 방부목을 이송시키는 이송부와, 상기 이송부에 의해 이송되는 상기 방부목의 이송경로 상의 상기 프레임에 설치되어 상기 볏짚들을 상기 방부목에 결속시키는 결속유닛을 구비한다. 본 발명에 따른 볏짚 이엉 제조장치는 방부목과, 방부목의 상면에 안착된 볏짚들을 결속타카에 통과시켜 방부목 및 볏짚들을 자동으로 결속시켜 볏짚 이엉을 제조하므로 볏짚 이엉을 제조하는 데 소요되는 시간 및 인력을 절약할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing straw thatch, comprising: a frame; a transfer portion installed in the frame and transferring a preservative wood on which straws are seated on an upper surface thereof; and a fastening unit installed in the frame of a moving path of the preservative wood transferred by the transfer portion and fastening the straws to the preservative wood. According to the present invention, the device for manufacturing straw thatch passes the preservative wood and the straws seated on the upper surface of the preservative wood through a fastening tacker to automatically fasten the preservative wood and straws to manufacture the straw thatch so that the time and manpower required for manufacturing the straw thatch can be saved.
