Carboxylate acrylonitril styrene butadiene copolymer of synthesis rubber latex for reforming semi-rigid pavement and polymer cement and method thereof and modified concrete composition comprising the same
Provided are: a carboxylate acrylonitrile styrene butadiene copolymer of synthesis rubber latex for reforming semi-rigid pavement and polymer cement, which is produced by integrally adding 10 to 20 parts by weight of seed latex, 30 to 40 parts by weight of polybutadiene latex, 20 to 50 parts by weight of acrylonitrile monomer, 10 to 30 parts by weight of styrene monomer, 2 to 8 parts by weight of unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, 2 to 8 parts by weight of an acrylate monomer, 3 to 8 parts by weight of an emulsifier, 2 to 5 parts by weight of a reaction initiator, and 1 to 15 parts by weight of an additive to a reactor, and subjecting the mixture to emulsion polymerization and grafting reactions at the pressure of 0.2 to 0.5 atm and at the temperature of 35 to 55°C for 4 to 8 hours; a manufacturing method thereof; and a modified concrete composition comprising the same. In the carboxylate acrylonitrile styrene butadiene copolymer of synthesis rubber latex for reforming semi-rigid pavement and polymer cement, formaldehyde is not detected, the content of volatile organic compounds is low, and heavy metals (lead, chromium, cadmium, mercury) are not detected to be environmentally friendly.
본 발명은 시드(seed) 라텍스 10~20 중량부, 폴리부타디엔 라텍스 30~40 중량부, 아크릴로니트릴 모노머 20~50 중량부, 스티렌 모노머 10~30 중량부, 불포화 카르복실산 단량체 2~8 중량부, 아크릴레이트 단량체 2~8 중량부, 유화제 3~8 중량부, 반응개시제 2~5 중량부, 및 첨가제 1~15 중량부를 반응기에 일괄 투입하여, 0.2~0.5 기압, 35~55℃의 조건에서 4~8 시간 동안 유화중합 및 그라프트 반응시켜 합성시켜서 제조된 반강성포장 및 폴리머 시멘트 개질용 카르복실레이트 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 부타디엔 공중합물 합성고무라텍스 및 그의 제조방법 및 그를 포함하는 개질 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다.
