Fire and disaster escaping system combined using for balcony balustrade
According to the present invention, provided is an escaping facility for fire and disaster combined with a balcony handrail, which comprises: an escaping box; a fall prevention and escape means; a locking means; an escaping door; and a door locking means. The escaping box is installed in an outer portion of a skyscraper in a rectangular shape to have at least two scaffolding bars in the height direction. The fall prevention and escape means is installed in a left side or a right side of the escaping box, and of which a lower end is fixed on an outer portion of the skyscraper through a hinge means. Moreover, the fall prevention and escape means can change a structure into an emergency stair for firefighting when being rotated by 180 degrees in the lower direction of the skyscraper through the hinge means in case of fire. The locking means can allow the fall prevention and escape means to be attached to be fixed to the escaping box so that the fall prevention and escape means is usually not rotated by 180 degrees in the lower direction of the skyscraper. The escaping door can be opened and closed in a state of being installed on one side surface of the escaping box facing the fall prevention and escape means so as to enable an escaper to move through the fall prevention and escape means in case of fire of the skyscraper. Moreover, the door locking means enables the escaping door to be fixed to the escaping box to be prevented from being opened. Therefore, the present invention can prevent residents from falling accidents by being used as a safety handrail for preventing falling in general. In case of fire, the present invention enables the escaper to move to the fall prevention and escape means changed into an emergency stair for firefighting through the escaping box and the escaping door so as to move to another escaping box in a lower floor.
본 발명에 따른 발코니 난간대 겸용 화재 재난 피난 시설은 고층 건물 외부에 장착되고 직육면체 형상으로서 고층 건물을 마주보는 후면과 윗면이 개방되며 측면에 발을 받쳐주는 발디딤 바(Bar)가 높이 방향으로 2개 이상 갖추어진 대피 박스와; 상기 대피 박스의 좌측이나 우측에 설치되고 하단이 힌지(Hinge) 수단을 통해 고층 건물 외부에 고정되며 화재 위험이 없는 평상시 후면이 고층 건물 외부와 맞닿아 추락 방지용 안전 난간대로 사용되다가 화재가 발생 되어 힌지 수단을 통해 고층 건물 하부 방향으로 180도 축 회전되었을 때 화재 대피용 비상계단으로 구조 변경되는 추락 방지 및 피난 수단; 화재 위험이 없는 평상시 상기 추락 방지 및 피난 수단이 힌지(Hinge) 수단을 통해 고층 건물 하부 방향으로 180도 축 회전되지 않도록 상기 추락 방지 및 피난 수단을 대피 박스에 붙들어 고정하는 락킹 수단; 상기 추락 방지 및 피난 수단을 마주보는 대피 박스의 어느 한 측면에 장착된 상태에서 열리거나 닫힘으로써 고층 건물 화재시 대피자가 대피 박스로부터 화재 대피용 비상계단으로 구조 변경된 추락 방지 및 피난 수단으로 이동할 수 있도록 하는 대피 도어; 및 상기 대피 도어가 열리지 않도록 대피 도어를 대피 박스에 붙들어 고정하는 도어 잠금 수단으로 이루어져, 화재 위험이 없는 평상시 상기 추락 방지 및 피난 수단은 수직 방향으로 세워져 추락 방지용 안전 난간대로 활용됨으로써 거주민의 추락 사고를 방지하고, 화재 발생시 락킹 수단이 잠금 해제되고 상기 추락 방지 및 피난 수단이 힌지 수단을 통해 고층 건물 하부 방향으로 180도 축 회전되면 상기 추락 방지 및 피난 수단이 대피용 비상계단으로 구조 변경되어 화재 대피자가 대피 박스와 대피 도어를 통해 화재 대피용 비상계단으로 구조 변경된 추락 방지 및 피난 수단으로 이동한 다음 아래층 대피 박스로 이동할 수 있다.
