A Foldable Claw for Excavators
The present invention relates to a foldable claw for an excavator, which is a claw combined to the end portion of an arm to rotate about a first center axis, comprising: a claw body, one end portion of which is combined with the end portion of the arm to rotate about the first center axis; a rotation member, one end portion of which is combined with the other end portion of the claw body to rotate about a second center axis between a use position separated from the arm and a storage position close to the arm within a predetermined distance; and a locking unit which fixes the rotation member at the use position or the storage position. The locking unit includes a rotation member which is at the use position or the storage position, and a locking member which penetrates the claw body and is disposed at a position separated from the second center axis by a predetermined distance. The rotation member is combined with the claw body so as not to relatively rotate about the second center axis by the locking member. According to the present invention, the rotation member does not protrude from the arm and can come close at the storage position. Accordingly, there is no worry that the rotation member physically interferes with surrounding objects. Therefore, work using only a bucket becomes very convenient, overall working time is reduced, and there is no risk of accident.
본 발명은 접이식 굴삭기용 집게에 관한 것으로서, 암의 말단부에 제1 중심축을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 결합되어 있는 집게로서, 상기 제1 중심축을 중심으로 회전 가능하도록, 일단부가 상기 암의 말단부에 결합되어 있는 집게 본체; 상기 암으로부터 이격되는 사용 위치와 상기 암에 미리 정한 거리 이내로 근접하는 수납 위치 사이에서 제2 중심축을 중심으로 회전 가능하도록, 일단부가 상기 집게 본체의 타단부에 결합되어 있는 회전 부재; 상기 회전 부재를 상기 사용 위치 또는 상기 수납 위치에 고정시킬 수 있는 잠금 유닛;을 포함하며, 상기 잠금 유닛은, 상기 사용 위치 또는 상기 수납 위치에 있는 상기 회전 부재와 상기 집게 본체를 동시에 관통하며, 상기 제2 중심축으로부터 미리 정한 거리만큼 이격된 위치에 배치되는 잠금 부재를 포함하며, 상기 잠금 부재에 의하여, 상기 회전 부재는 상기 제2 중심축을 중심으로 상대 회전 불가능하게 상기 집게 본체에 결합될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 상기 회전 부재가 수납 위치에 있을 때 암으로부터 돌출되지 않고 밀착될 수 있어, 상기 회전 부재가 주변 물체와 물리적 간섭을 일으킬 염려가 없는 바, 버켓만을 사용하는 작업이 매우 편리해지고 전체적인 작업 시간이 감소하며 안전 사고의 위험이 없는 효과가 있다.
