A Separable Claw for Excavators
The present invention relates to a separable clamp of an excavator, coupled to an end part of an arm to be able to rotate on a first central shaft. According to the present invention, the separable clamp of an excavator comprises: a clamp body coupling one end part to the end part of the arm to be able to rotate on a first central shaft and including the other end part having a first connection part formed therein; an attachment/detachment member including one end part having a second connection part formed therein, wherein the second connection part is detachably coupled to the first connection part of the clamp body; a clamp cylinder coupling one end part to the arm and coupling the other end part to the clamp body to be able to rotate in order to generate driving force for rotating the clamp body; and a locking unit coupling the attachment/detachment member and the clamp body with each other to prevent the attachment/detachment member from being separated from the clamp body. The attachment/detachment member is integrally moved in a state of being coupled to the clamp body. Accordingly, the attachment/detachment member is separated from the clamp body not in use, to be separately stored, thereby providing effects of removing worries about physical interference with surrounding objects, making a work using only a bucket convenient, reducing total work hours, and removing accident risk.
본 발명은 분리식 굴삭기용 집게에 관한 것으로서, 암의 말단부에 제1 중심축을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 결합되어 있는 집게로서, 상기 제1 중심축을 중심으로 회전 가능하도록, 일단부가 상기 암의 말단부에 결합되어 있으며, 타단부에는 제1 연결부가 형성되어 있는 집게 본체; 일단부에 제2 연결부가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 제2 연결부는 상기 집게 본체의 제1 연결부에 탈착 가능하게 결합될 수 있는 탈착 부재; 상기 집게 본체를 회전시키기 위한 구동력을 발생시키기 위하여, 일단부는 상기 암에 결합되어 있으며 타단부는 상기 집게 본체에 회전 가능하게 결합되어 있는 집게 실린더; 상기 탈착 부재가 상기 집게 본체로부터 분리되지 않도록, 상기 탈착 부재와 집게 본체를 서로 결합시킬 수 있는 잠금 유닛;을 포함하며, 상기 탈착 부재는, 상기 집게 본체에 결합된 상태에서 일체로 거동하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 사용하지 않을 경우에는 탈착 부재를 집게 본체로부터 분리시킨 후 별도로 보관할 수 있어, 주변 물체와 물리적 간섭을 일으킬 염려가 없으므로, 버켓만을 사용하는 작업이 매우 편리해지고 전체적인 작업 시간이 감소하며 안전 사고의 위험이 없다는 효과가 있다.
