EARTHQUAKE-PROOF WIDDOW FRAME HAVING SEPARATED WINDOW FIXING POINT
Provided is an earthquake-proof window frame comprising: an outer aluminum frame (F1); and an inner aluminum frame (F2) located inside the outer aluminum frame, wherein the outer aluminum frame (F1) comprises: an aluminum body (120) having a coupling groove (123); and a PVC heat insulating cap (130) and a cap bar (150) alternately coupled to the coupling groove, and the inner aluminum frame (F2) comprises: an aluminum body (120) having a coupling groove (123); and a PVC heat insulating cap (130) and a hidden bar (140) alternately coupled to the coupling groove. The cap bar (150) comprises: a first horizontal part (151) and first vertical parts (152, 153) made of aluminum; a PVC cap frame (155) combined to the upside of the first vertical part; and an outer aluminum cap (158) combined to the upside of the PVC cap frame. The first vertical part includes a first upper vertical part (152) and a first lower vertical part (153) spaced apart from each other and a first Azon insulator (A) disposed between the first upper vertical part (152) and the first lower vertical part (153). The earthquake-proof window frame is capable of preventing windows from being bumped against the frame in case of vibration generation and preventing distortion of the frame because fixing a window using the cap bar and the hidden bar separated at a predetermined interval.
본 발명은, 알루미늄 외부프레임(F1)과, 상기 알루미늄 외부프레임의 내측에 위치하는 알루미늄 내부프레임(F2)으로 이루어지고, 상기 알루미늄 외부프레임(F1)은, 일측에 결합홈(123)을 갖는 알루미늄 몸통(120)과, 상기 결합홈에 번갈아 결합되는 PVC단열캡(130)과 캡바(150);로 이루어지고, 상기 알루미늄 내부프레임(F2)은, 일측에 결합홈(123)을 갖는 알루미늄 몸통(120)과, 상기 결합홈에 번갈아 결합되는 PVC단열캡(130)과 히든바(140);로 이루어지는, 이격된 캡바와 히든바를 갖는 내진형 창호프레임을 제공한다.상기 캡바(150)는, 알루미늄 재질의 제1수평부(151)와 제1수직부(152,153); 상기 제1수직부의 상측에 체결되는 PVC캡프레임(155); 및 상기 PVC캡프레임의 상측에 체결되는 알루미늄 겉캡(158);을 포함하고, 상기 제1수직부는 제1수직하부(152)와 제1수직상부(153)으로 이격되고 이들 사이에는 제1단열아존(A)이 구비된다. 본 발명은 일정 간격을 두고 캡바와 히든바를 이용하여 유리창을 고정함으로써, 지진과 같은 진동 발생시에 유리창이 프레임에 부딪히는 것을 방지할 수 있고 종래와 같이 유리 외곽을 전체적으로 감싸는 프레임에서 발생하는 뒤틀림 현상도 방지할 수 있게 되어 내진성능이 향상되는 효과가 발생한다.
