HEAT INSULATING AND EARTHQUAKE-PROOF WIDDOW SYSTEM USING HEAT INSULATING AND STORAGE CELL
The present invention relates to a heat insulation and earthquake resistance window system. According to the present invention, the heat insulation and earthquake resistance window system includes: a PVC insulation cap (120) installed on one side of an aluminum frame (110); an earthquake resistance shock-absorbing cap (150) installed between the aluminum frame, the PVC insulation cap, and a wall (W), wherein the earthquake resistance shock-absorbing cap (150) absorbs shock due to external vibration and blocks heat transfer between indoor and outdoor sides by having a heat storage space (S) divided into multiple spaces; a first vertical unit (113) vertically extended from the center of the one side of the aluminum frame and comprising an upper vertical member and a lower vertical member vertically divided; a heat insulation azon (117) blocking the heat transfer by connecting the upper vertical member and the lower vertical member while the upper vertical member and the lower vertical member are spaced at predetermined intervals; and a first heat insulation storage space (118) storing air by horizontally passing through the first vertical unit (113). The PVC insulation cap (120) includes a second heat insulation storage space (128) having a space formed on both sides of the first vertical unit and improving a heat insulation function by storing the air inside as the second heat insulation storage space (128) comprises left and right sides and a lower bottom, which are a part of the PVC insulation cap. According to the present invention, a member having heat insulation performance and earthquake resistance performance is installed between the wall and the frame. So, the heat insulation and earthquake resistance window system can effectively block the heat transfer of the outside and the inside of a building and can reduce the shock by performing the earthquake resistance performance in a case that earthquake occurs.
본 발명은, 알루미늄프레임(110)의 일측에 장착되는 PVC단열캡(120); 상기 알루미늄프레임 및 PVC단열캡과 벽체(W) 사이에 배치되고, 내부에는 다수개의 공간으로 구획된 열 저장공간(S)을 가져서 실내외 열전달을 차단하고 외부 진동에 따른 충격을 흡수하는 내진완충캡(150); 상기 알루미늄프레임의 일측 중앙에서 수직하게 연장되어 형성되고, 상하로 분리된 상부수직부재와 하부수직부재로 이루어진 제1수직부(113); 상기 상부수직부재와 하부수직부재를 소정 거리 이격된 상태에서 결합하여 열전달을 차단하는 단열아존(117); 및 상기 제1수직부(113)를 횡방향으로 관통하여 공기를 저장하도록 형성된 제1단열저장공간(118);을 포함하는 단열내진 창호시스템이며, 상기 PVC단열캡(120)은, 상기 제1수직부의 양측면에 형성된 공간을 갖되, 상기 PVC단열캡의 일부인 좌우측면과 하부바닥으로 이루어져서 내부에 공기를 저장하여 단열 성능을 향상시키는 제2단열저장공간(128);을 포함한다. 본 발명은 상기 구성에 의해서 단열 및 내진 성능을 갖는 부재를 벽체와 프레임 사이에 구비함으로써, 건물 내부와 외부의 열전달을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있는 차단함과 동시에 지진이 발생하는 경우에도 내진 성능을 발휘하여 충격을 완화시키는 유리한 효과가 발생한다.

The present invention relates to a heat insulation and earthquake resistance window system.
