GROUND SUBSIDENCE RESTORATION EQUIPMENT AND RECLAMATION METHOD OF GROUND SUBSIDENCE USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a ground subsidence restoration equipment, and a ground subsidence restoration equipment method using the same. In particular, the equipment comprises: an injection operation device including a liquid agent box and a liquid agent injector; and a power device. The liquid agent box includes a first liquid agent box to supply a first liquid agent as an expansion agent and a second liquid box to supply a second liquid agent. The liquid agent injector includes a first liquid agent injector using a pocket mold to inject the first liquid agent supplied from the first liquid agent box into a multi-deformation underground fabric pocket made of a new material and a second liquid agent injector using a pocket mold to inject the second liquid agent supplied from the second liquid agent box into the multi-deformation underground pocket fabric made of a new material. Accordingly, provided is an effect capable of minimizing deformation of the fabric pocket and realizing injection considering expansion time of the expansion agent.
본 발명은 지반함몰부 복구장비 및 이를 이용한 지반함몰부 복구 공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 주입 운영 장치 및 전력 장치를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 주입 운영 장치는 팽창제로 제 1 액제를 공급하는 제 1 액제함과, 제 2 액제를 공급하는 제 2 액제함으로 이루어진 액제함; 및 상기 제 1 액제함으로부터 제 1 액제를 포켓 몰드를 이용하여 다변형 지반 신소재 섬유 포켓으로 주입하는 제 1 액제 주입기, 그리고 상기 제 2 액제함으로부터 제 2 액제를 포켓 몰드를 이용하여 다변형 지반 신소재 섬유 포켓으로 주입하는 제 2 액제 주입기로 이루어진 액제 주입기; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지반함몰부 복구장비 및 이를 이용하여 지반함몰부를 비개착식으로 긴급복구할 수 있는 복구 공법을 제공한다. 본 발명인 지반함몰부 복구장비 및 이를 이용한 지반함몰부 복구 공법에 따르면, 다변형 지반 신소재 섬유 포켓이 기성품으로 보수/보강이 이루어지는 경우 간단한 방법으로 주입이 가능하고, 기성품으로 제공되지 않고 현장에서 제작되는 경우 팽창제와 다변형 지반 신소재 섬유 포켓이 구비된 상태에서 현장제작과 동시에 주입 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 보수/보강 재료의 특성에 기인하여 다양한 환경 하에서 적용할 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 지반함몰부를 안정적으로 긴급 복구할 수 있고, 신축성이 있는 유연한 재료적 특성을 갖는 지반 신소재를 이용하여 지반함몰부에 주입시 주입관 내부 표면에 따른 영향을 최소화할 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 압력 주입 방식에 따라 팽창제가 채워진 다변형 지반 신소재 섬유 포켓을 주입하기 때문에 섬유 포켓의 변형을 최소화할 뿐만 아니라, 팽창제의 팽창시간이 고려된 주입이 가능하게 되는 효과가 있다.
