The present invention relates to a subsidence restoration apparatus of a building and a subsidence restoration method using the same. The subsidence restoration apparatus of the building of the present invention comprises: a pile installed around a perimeter of the building; a first support unit fixed to the pile and located on the floor surface dug out; a second support unit which is connected to the pile, wherein the building is positioned on the upper surface, and which is formed parallel to the first support unit; and a plurality of hydraulic presses provided between the first support unit and the second support unit and moving the second support unit upward. Provided are the subsidence restoration apparatus, which can restore subsidence of the building through a simple work process, and the subsidence restoration method using the same.

본 발명은 건축물의 침하 복원 장치 및 이를 이용한 침하 복원 방법에 관한 것으로, 건축물의 둘레에 설치되는 말뚝; 상기 말뚝에 고정되고 하면에 터파기한 바닥면에 위치하는 제 1지지부; 상기 말뚝에 연결되고 상면에 상기 건축물이 위치하고 상기 제 1지지부와 평행하게 형성되는 제 2지지부; 상기 제 1지지부와 상기 제 2지지부 사이에 마련되어 상기 제 2지지부를 상방으로 이동시키는 다수개의 유압프레스;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
