PC ARRANGING STEEL BAR OF PC CULVERT STRUCTURE FOR HAVING THE FUNCTION OF ADJUSTING ITS HEIGHT AND WIDTH
The present invention relates to a rebar arrangement structure and a rebar arrangement method and, more specifically, relates to the rebar arrangement structure for a prestressed concrete (PC) culvert capable of adjusting the width and the height. According to the present invention, since the width and the height are adjusted, various sizes of a steel structure for a PC culvert are able to be simply manufactured because the steel structure is manufactured after rebars are arranged by correct intervals due to a shape of the rebar arrangement structure for a PC culvert, and a rebar clip and scale installed therein, labor and time are able to be largely reduced; and since the width and a size of the rebar arrangement structure for a PC culvert are varied, a situation, in which a pair of inner and outer steel structures is prepared for each culvert or a steel structure of a culvert with a slightly different size, is able to easily correspond. According to the present invention, the structure comprises a main frame, a width adjustment member, an outer panel, and a height expansion member.
본 발명은 배근 구조물 및 배근 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 폭과 높이를 조절하여 다양한 크기의 PC 암거용 철골물을 간단하게 제작할 수 있도록 하고, 또한 PC 암거용 배근 구조물의 형상과 이에 구비되는 철근 클립 및 눈금을 통해 철근의 정확한 간격 배치 후에 철골물의 제작이 가능하기 때문에 노동력과 시간을 대폭적으로 경감시킬 수 있도록 하며, 또 PC 암거용 배근 구조물의 폭과 크기를 가변시킬 수 있기 때문에 보통 암거 1개당 외측용 및 내측용 한 쌍으로 철골물이 준비되어야 하거나 크기가 다소 상이한 암거의 철골물을 제작해야 하는 등의 상황에 대해 용이하게 대응할 수 있도록 하도록 하는 폭과 높이 조절이 가능한 PC 암거용 배근 구조물 및 배근 방법에 관한 것이다.
