Precast culvert structure having reinforced waterproof function
The present invention relates to a precast culvert assembly with an improved watertight function, which is characterized by comprising: a first precast culvert (10) which has four first penetration holes (11) formed at the corner side, and a first side surface concave groove (12) formed at the side surface to communicate with each of the first penetration holes (11); a second precast culvert (20) which has four second penetration holes (21) formed at the corner side, and a second side surface concave groove (22) formed at the side surface to communicate with each of the second penetration holes (21); a steel wire (30) which protrudes to the inside of the first and second side surface concave grooves (12, 22) by penetrating each of the first and second penetration holes (11, 21); a fixator (40) which fixes the end portion of the steel wire (30) which protrudes to the inside of the first and second side surface concave grooves (12, 22); both end insertion grooves (50) which have a diameter greater than that of the first and second penetration holes (11, 21) and communicate with the first and second penetration holes (11, 21) at the boundary surface of both ends of the first and second precast culverts (10, 20); and both end insertion seals (60) which are inserted into the steel wire (30) in a state in which the first and second precast culverts (10, 20) come in contact therewith so as to be inserted into the both end insertion grooves (50) in a sealed manner. Therefore, the present invention may be practically used in a semi-permanent manner.
본 발명은 수밀기능이 개선된 프리캐스트 암거 조립체에 관한 것으로서, 모서리측에 4 개의 제1관통홀(11)이 형성되고, 측면에 각각의 제1관통홀(11)과 연통되는 제1측면요홈(12)이 형성된 제1프리캐스트 암거(10)와; 모시리측에 4 개의 제2관통홀(21)이 형성되고, 측면에 각각의 제2관통홀(21)과 연통되는 제2측면요홈(22)이 형성된 제2프리캐스트 암거(20)와; 각각의 제1,2관통홀(11)(21)을 관통하여 제1,2측면요홈(12)(22) 내측으로 돌출되는 강선(30)과; 제1,2측면요홈(12)(22) 내측으로 돌출되는 상기 강선(30)의 단부를 고정하는 정착구(40)와; 제1,2프리캐스트 암거(10)(20)의 양단 경계면에 제1,2관통홀(11)(21)과 연통되게 형성된 것으로서 제1,2관통홀(11)(21) 보다 큰 직경을 가지는 양단끼움홈(50)과; 제1,2프리캐스트 암거(10)(20)가 밀착된 상태에서 강선(30)에 끼어져 양단끼움홈(50)에 실링되게 끼어지는 양단끼움씰(60);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
