Sidewalk construction method for nightscape using luminous stone and black light
The present invention relates to a sidewalk construction method for a nightscape using a luminous stone and a black light. According to the present invention, the sidewalk construction method for a nightscape using the luminous stone and the black light comprises: a step of arranging a bottom side to cure newly installed concrete for 10 to 20 days, to remove a laitance layer with a high-pressure washer, and to repair parts with bumps or cracks and damaged parts during the curing period; a step of allowing the surface of the lower part to completely dry and to spread a primer on the surface by using a roller or spray; a step of mixing/agitating to put silica in a mortar agitator, to agitate for three to five minutes, and to mix the agitated silica with a binder, thereby re-agitating for a certain period; an intermediate step to place the silica agitated with the binder on the bottom surface at a certain thickness by using a silica placement apparatus and a trowel or roller, thereby hardening the surface by using the trowel; a step of upper part to spread the binder and a coated luminous stone on the top surface hardened by the intermediate step in accordance with a desired design, to harden by using a constant-temperature roller, and to perform a finish surface work; and a step of installing a black lamp to select a black lamp, which is one of a streetlight type of 60W and a bollard type of 9W, and to install them by dividing into a streetlight type and bollard type. The present invention is able to present a new, unusual but beautiful nightscape and to direct a natural scenery with the combined light of a luminous stone and black light, which is not light from existing artificial neon signs but a light close to natural light.
본 발명은 신축 콘크리트는 10일 내지 20일 이상 양생한 후, 고압세척기로 레지턴스층을 제거하며, 양생 기간 중 요철부위와 크랙 및 파손된 부위를 보수하는 하지정리단계; 표면에 수분이 완전 건조된 후에, 롤러나 스프레이를 이용하여 표면에 프라이머를 도포하는 하도단계; 프라이머가 도포된 하지면에 규사를 몰탈 교반기에 넣고 3분 내지 5분 동안 교반하고 상기 교반된 규사를 바인더와 혼합하여 일정시간 동안 다시 교반하는 혼합교반단계; 규사 포설기를 이용하여 바인더와 교반된 규사를 하지면에 쇠흙손이나 로울러를 이용하여 일정두께만큼 포설한 후 쇠흙손을 이용하여 표면을 다져주는 중도단계; 상기 중도단계를 거쳐 다져진 상태의 상부 표면 위에 바인더와 코팅된 축광석을 원하는 디자인에 따라서 도포하고 항온 롤러를 이용해 다짐작업을 하고 마무리 표면작업을 하는 상도단계; 및 가로등형 60W 또는 볼라드형 9W 중 하나인 블랙램프를 선택하여 가로등형과 볼라드형으로 나누어 설치하는 블랙램프 설치단계;로 이루어진다. 따라서 본 발명은 새롭고 이색적인 아름다운 밤의 야경을 제시하고, 기존의 인위적인 네온사인의 불빛의 화려함이 아닌 자연에 가까운 축광석과 블랙라이트의 결합된 빛으로 자연 경광을 연출할 수 있다.
