Luminous boundary stone sidewalk construction structure and method having the same
A purpose of the present invention is to provide a luminous boundary stone, capable of preventing an accident and damage to a vehicle by having discriminability at nighttime through band-shaped luminous indicators installed on a road side, an upper side and a corner part, where the upper side and the road side meet, of a boundary stone body, a sidewalk construction structure including the same, and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the luminous boundary stone includes: a luminous boundary stone body; and at least one line of luminous indicators installed in the luminous boundary stone body to be installed on one side located beside a road, an upper side, and a corner part, where the upper side and the one side meet, of the luminous boundary stone body so as to have discriminability at nighttime. The luminous indicators comprise at least one line of fixing grooves formed in the luminous boundary stone body in a longitudinal direction; a luminous layer installed to be inserted into the fixing grooves; and an adhesive resin layer installed to be interposed between the luminous layer and the fixing grooves to provide a predetermined adhesive force, having a fiber layer made of one among a carbon fiber, a glass fiber, and a polypropylene fiber on the surface thereof such that the fixing grooves and the luminous layer are attached tightly, preventing the luminous layer from departing from the fixing grooves, and leading the luminous layer to be integrated with the fixing grooves.
본 발명의 목적은 경계석 본체의 도로측면, 상면, 상면과 측면이 만나는 모서리부위 등에 띠 형상의 야광표시구를 설치하여 상기 야광표시구에 의해 야간에 식벽럭을 가질 수 있도록 하여 사고 및 차손상 등을 방지할 수 있도록 한 야광 경계석, 그를 구비하는 보도 시공 구조 및 방법을 제공한다. 이러한 본 발명은, 경계석 본체 및 상기 경계석 본체에 설치되어 야간에 식별력을 갖도록 상기 경계석 본체의 도로측으로 위치하는 일측면, 상부면, 상부면과 일측면이 만나는 모서리부위에 설치된 적어도 1줄 이상의 야광표시구를 포함하고, 상기 야광표시구는 경계석 본체에 길이 방향을 따라 형성되는 적어도 1줄 이상의 고정홈과, 상기 고정홈에 삽입 설치되는 야광층, 및 상기 야광층과 고정홈의 사이에 개재되도록 설치되어 소정의 접착력을 제공하고, 상기 고정홈과 야광층이 긴밀한 접착이 이루어지도록 표면에 탄소섬유, 유리섬유, 폴리프로필렌 섬유 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 섬유층이 구성되며, 상기 고정홈으로부터 야광층이 박리되는 것을 방지하고, 상기 야광층이 고정홈에 일체화를 이루도록 하는 접착수지층을 포함한다.
