The present invention relates to a novel fireproof coating construction method for effective fireproof coating construction on a vertical wall surface. The fireproof coating construction method according to the present invention includes a lower film formation step for forming a lower film (2) by applying fireproof coating by a preset height to the lower end portion of a vertical wall surface (1), an upper film formation step for forming an upper film (3) by applying fireproof coating to the vertical wall surface (1) from the upper end of the lower film (2) to the upper end of the vertical wall surface (1), a non-woven fabric stacking step for stacking non-woven fabric (4) to the outside of the lower film (2) and the upper film (3), and a secondary film formation step for forming a secondary film (5) by performing application such that fireproof coating is stacked on the outside of the non-woven fabric (4). According to the present invention, a thick fireproof coating film can be effectively formed.
본 발명은 내화도료를 수직벽면에 효과적으로 시공할 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 내화도료 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 내화도료 시공방법에 따르면, 수직벽면(1)의 하단부에 미리 설정된 높이만큼 내화도료를 도포하여 하측도막(2)을 형성하는 하측도막형성단계와, 수직벽면(1)에 상기 하측도막(2)의 상단부터 수직벽면(1)의 상단까지 내화도료를 도포하여 상측도막(3)을 형성하는 상측도막형성단계와, 상기 하측도막(2)과 상측도막(3)의 외측에 부직포(4)를 적층하는 부직포적층단계와, 상기 부직포(4)의 외측에 내화도료를 적층되도록 도포하여 2차도막(5)을 형성하는 2차도막형성단계로 구성되어, 효과적으로 두꺼운 내화도료의 도막을 형성할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
