The present invention relates to repairing equipment and a repairing method of a sinking building, which can organically respond to surrounding earth pressure with a pile and an anchor, and at the same time, prevent progress of subsidence by supporting a sinking building with hydraulic pressure. More specifically, the repairing equipment comprises: a reinforcing pile embedded in the ground around a building, and of which a protective cap is coupled to an upper portion; a connection port coupled to the protective cap of the reinforcing pile; and an actuator installed in the connection port to be connected to an external side of the building, and providing a subsidence responding force. Therefore, a pile of which a construction cost is relatively inexpensive and hydraulic pressure are used to support a sinking building to respond to subsidence.
본 발명은 파일과 앵커를 이용하여 주변 토압에 유기적으로 대응하는 동시에 부등침하된 건물을 유압을 이용하여 지지하여 침하의 진행을 방지할 수 있도록 부등침하 건물의 보수 장치 및 보수방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 건물의 주변으로 지반에 매립하며 상부에 보호캡이 결합되는 보강파일, 상기 보강파일의 보호캡에 결합되는 연결구, 상기 연결구에 설치되어 건물의 외면에 연결되어 침하 대응력을 제공하는 액츄에이터로 구성하여; 비교적 시공비가 저렴한 파일과 유압을 이용하여 부등침하된 건물을 지지하여 침하에 대하여 지지하도록 하는 효과가 있다.
