Further provided is a method for repairing a sinking wood floor, the method comprising: nailing part of a tip of a grounding portion into a wood floor body; mounting a moving portion on a board-connecting portion so as to be relatively fixed to the board-connecting portion; rotating the moving portion to enable the whole device to be tapped into the wood floor body; rotating the grounding portion to abut against the ground so as to support the wood floor body; adjusting the relative position of the grounding portion and the board-connecting portion, and repairing the sinking of the wood floor; and removing the moving portion.

Un mode de réparation classique pour l'affaissement d'un plancher en bois génère plusieurs problèmes dont une consommation en temps et en main d'œuvre, une perte de matériaux de construction, une pollution de l'environnement, etc. Afin de résoudre ces problèmes, la présente invention concerne un dispositif pour réparer l'affaissement d'un plancher en bois. Le dispositif comprend une partie de liaison de plaque et une partie de contact au sol, la surface de la partie de liaison de plaque qui entre en contact avec le plancher en bois étant pourvue d'un filetage externe ; un trou traversant est formé à l'intérieur de la partie de liaison de plaque, le trou traversant est doté à l'intérieur d'un filetage interne et est relié à un filetage externe de la partie de contact au sol au moyen du filetage interne ; et une extrémité de la partie de contact au sol vient en butée contre le sol, et l'autre extrémité de la partie de contact au sol est en liaison de support avec la partie de liaison de plaque du plancher en bois, de façon à obtenir un effet de levage du plancher en bois pour réparer l'affaissement. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de réparation de l'affaissement d'un plancher en bois, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : clouer une partie d'une pointe d'une partie de contact au sol dans un corps de plancher en bois ; monter une partie mobile sur une partie de liaison de plaque de façon à être relativement fixée à la partie de liaison de plaque ; retourner la partie mobile pour permettre au dispositif entier d'être taraudé dans le corps de plancher en bois ; retourner la partie de contact au sol pour venir en butée contre le sol de façon à supporter le corps de plancher en bois ; ajuster la position relative de la partie de contact au sol et de la partie de liaison de plaque, et réparer l'affaissement du plancher en bois ; et retirer la partie mobile.
