Movable beam with sediment removal function
The present invention relates to a movable beam having a sediment removal function, and more particularly, to a movable beam consisting of a waterway structure and a water gate device configured to connect both side walls of the waterway structure. The water gate device includes: a rotating shaft configured to rotate and connect both side walls; a semicircular water gate installed on the rotating shaft; and a drive motor for rotating the rotating shaft. The semicircular water gate includes: a curved semicircular panel; a connection panel provided at an inner surface of both sides of the semicircular panel and formed with a coupling hole so as to be coupled with the rotating shaft; and a curved convey panel rotatably installed on an end of the semicircular panel to transfer sediments deposited on the waterway structure. An upper guide portion is provided at one side of a lower surface of the waterway structure, a lower guide portion is provided at the other side of the lower surface of the waterway structure below the upper guide portion, and a curved connection guide portion is provided to connect the upper guide portion and the lower guide portion and to guide the semicircular panel and the convey panel. According to the movable beam of the present invention having a sediment removal function, a convey panel is rotatably mounted on the semicircular water gate of the water gate device, and a connection guide portion having a curved shape is provided in the waterway structure, so that the sediment deposited through the semicircular water gate of the water gate device is moved again in the water-flow direction. Thus, it is possible to prevent the sediment from interfering with the semicircular water gate in the course of the rotation of the semicircular water gate, and the problem of stopping the water gate device for collecting the sediment can be avoided.
본 발명은 퇴적물 제거기능을 갖는 가동보에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 수로구조물와 상기 수로구조물의 양측벽부를 연결하며 설치되는 수문장치으로 이루어진 가동보로서, 상기 수문장치는 상기 양측벽부를 연결하며 회전되게 설치되는 회전축; 상기 회전축에 설치되는 반달형수문; 및 상기 회전축을 회전시키는 구동모터로 이루어지며, 상기 반달형수문은 곡선의 반달패널과, 상기 반달패널의 양측 내측면에 형성되고, 상기 회전축에 체결되도록 체결공이 형성된 연결패널과, 상기 반달패널의 단부에 회동되게 형성되어, 상기 수로구조물에 배치되는 퇴적물을 이송시키는 곡선의 이송패널로 이루어지고, 상기 수로구조물의 저면부는 일측에 상측안내부가 형성되고, 타측에는 상기 상측안내부보다 하측에 배치되도록 하측안내부가 형성되며, 단차를 갖는 상기 상측안내부와 상기 하측안내부를 연결함과 아울러 상기 반달패널 및 상기 이송패널이 안내되도록 곡선의 연결안내부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 퇴적물 제거기능을 갖는 가동보를 제공한다. 본 발명인 퇴적물 제거기능을 갖는 가동보는 수문장치의 반달형수문에 회전되게 이송패널을 더 설치하고 수로구조물에 곡선의 연결안내부를 형성시켜, 수문장치의 반달형수문을 관통하여 배치되는 퇴적물을 이송패널에 의해 물이 흐르는 방향으로 재차 이동시킴으로써, 반달형수문이 회전하며 구동하는 과정에서 퇴적물이 걸림되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 퇴적물의 수거를 위해 수문장치를 정지해야 하는 번거로운 문제점이 발생하지 않게 되는 효과가 있다.
