The present invention provides an integrated multi-level parking system for different vehicle types which can quickly perform a parking operation. The integrated multi-level parking system for different vehicle types including one or more first height parking levels and one or more second height parking levels comprises: a hoist way formed by penetrating a plurality of the first height parking levels and the second height parking levels; a plurality of parking compartments which are arranged on the first and the second height parking levels, and have a pallet which allows a vehicle to be loaded thereon and is installed to be moved; and a lift to lift the hoist way to transport the pallet on which a vehicle is loaded between an entrance and the first and second height parking levels. The lift includes a pallet storage frame of three levels. The pallet is not arranged in one parking compartment among the parking compartments of the first height parking levels, is not arranged in one parking compartment among the parking compartments of the second height parking levels, and is stored in the pallet storage frame of a middle level and a bottom level of the lift.
