The present invention relates to a form system which is conveniently constructed by processing a deck plate manufactured in a factory, reduces construction manpower, and has improved safety. The form system is formed by connecting a plurality of unit deck plates formed by cutting a deck plate having protrusion units separated and formed at regular intervals and having a prescribed unit width into a unit length by a desired beam height and a desired beam width. The cut unit deck plates are cut from the lower end of the deck plate to the lower end of bending protrusions of the protrusion units of the deck plate at a position corresponding to the beam height and the beam width in the longitudinal direction and are then bent to form a bottom unit and a wall unit of a form. The form system is conveniently constructed and can reduce construction manpower by using a deck plate to cut and bend the deck plate without a separate member to manufacture a beam form. Accidents which can occur during beam form installation can be prevented, and thus safety can be improved. The form system can have various widths and heights in accordance with the widths and heights of beams required for a structure while using a deck plate of a prescribed size manufactured in a factory to manufacture a beam form.
본 발명은 공장에서 제조된 데크플레이트를 가공하여 시공이 간편하고 시공인력을 절감할 수 있으며 안전성이 향상된 거푸집 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 일정간격 이격되어 형성되는 돌기부를 가지며 일정 단위 폭을 가지는 데크플레이트를 원하는 보의 높이와 보의 폭 만큼 단위 길이로 절단하여 형성되는 단위 데크 플레이트를 복수 개 연결하여 형성하고, 절단된 상기 단위 데크플레이트를 길이 방향에서 보의 높이와 보의 폭에 해당하는 위치에서 상기 데크플레이트의 하단으로부터 상기 데크플레이트의 상기 돌기부의 꺾임돌기 하단까지 컷팅한 후 절곡하여 거푸집의 바닥부와 벽 부를 형성하여 이루어지며, 데크플레이트를 이용하여 별도의 부재 없이도 컷팅 및 절곡하여 보 거푸집을 제작함으로써, 시공이 간편하고 시공인력을 절감할 수 있으며, 보 거푸집 설치시 발생할 수 있는 안전사고를 방지할 수 있으므로 안전성이 향상될 수 있고, 공장에서 제작되는 일정 규격의 데크플레이트를 이용하여 보 거푸집을 제작하면서도 구조물에 소요되는 보의 폭과 높이에 따라 다양한 폭과 높이를 가질 수 있는 거푸집 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.
