Plastering cement composition for reducing of efflorescence
The present invention relates to an efflorescence reduction type plastering cement composition for a plastering work of a building/civil engineering structure and, specifically, to a plastering cement composition reducing efflorescence and improving workability and finishing performance, wherein the plastering cement composition enables a user to immediately work only by pouring water in a construction site since a composite viscosity agent and composite compound are mixed in a combined member including cement. According to the present invention, the efflorescence reduction type plastering cement composition is composed of: 0.2-0.5 wt% of the composite viscosity agent of methyl cellulous and polysaccharide; and 0.3-0.6 wt% of the composite compound of oleic acid group metallic soup salt, in comparison with 100 wt% of the combined member including the cement. A plasticity viscosity is 1,000-2,500 cp under the condition of 60% of a water-combined member ratio at 25°C. An L-value of a Lab color space is 60.0 or greater.
본 발명은 건축/토목 구조물의 견출작업을 위한 백화저감형 견출시멘트 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 시멘트를 포함한 결합재에 복합 증점제 및 복합 화합물이 혼합되어 있어 시공 현장에서는 물만 부어 곧바로 작업에 착수할 수 있도록 하고, 작업성과 마감성이 형상되며 백화발생이 저감되는 견출시멘트 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 「시멘트를 포함한 결합재 100wt% 대비,메틸셀룰로오스계와 폴리사카라이드계의 복합 증점제 0.2~0.5wt%; 및 올레인산계 금속비누염 복합 화합물 0.3~0.6wt%; 를 포함하여 조성되고, 25℃, 물-결합재비 60% 조건에서 소성점도가 1,000~2,500cp이고, Lab 색공간의 L값이 60.0 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 백화저감형 견출시멘트 조성물」을 제공한다.
