본 발명은 보강섬유그리드와, 그 보강섬유그리드를 도포하는 도포장치와, 그 보강섬유그리드가 포함된 변형방지 보강 아스팔트 포장 시공구조 및 그 보강섬유그리드와 도포장치를 이용한 변형방지 보강 아스팔트 포장 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 접착성능과 방수성능을 가지는 아스팔트 접착제와, 뜨게방식으로 고정되는 직조망 또는 메쉬망 형태로 구성되어 내구성을 향상시켜 작용하는 하중 또는 진동이나 충격 등에 의해 변형방지 기능성을 향상시킨 보강섬유그리드를 포함하는 아스팔트 포장구조 및 포장방법을 제공함으로써, 아스팔트 포장에 대한 방수기능과 변형방지 기능을 모두 만족시켜 아스팔트 포장에 대한 경쟁력을 강화하는 데 그 목적이 있다.이를 위해 본 발명은, 바탕면과 아스콘(30) 사이에 구성되어 상기 아스콘(30)에 대한 접착력 및 내구성이 향상되도록 지지하는 보강섬유그리드(20)를 포함하고; 상기 보강섬유그리드(20)는, 다수의 날실(22)로 이루어지고, 상기 다수의 날실(22)들을 가로 및 세로방향으로 일정간격 이격되게 형성한 하나의 직조망을 형성하며; 상기 하나의 직조망을 적어도 이상을 적층되게 배열한 후 일정간격에 뜨게방식으로 엮어주어 일체화시키는 묶음날실(24);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a reinforcing fiber grid, an applicator for applying the reinforcing fiber grid, and a method of paving asphalt for preventing deformation by using the reinforcing fiber grid and applicator. The present invention provides an asphalt pavement structure and an asphalt pavement method by using the reinforcing fiber grid having an anti-deformation function and high durability against load, vibration or impact and including an asphalt adhesive having an adhesive function and a waterproof function, and a woven net or a mesh net fixed through a knitting scheme, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of the asphalt pavement by satisfying both the waterproof function and the anti-deformation function for the asphalt pavement. To this end, the present invention includes: a reinforcing fiber grid (20), which is formed between a base surface and an ascon (30) to support the ascon (30) to improve adhesion force and durability with respect to the ascon (30), in which the reinforcing fiber grid (20) includes a plurality of warp yarns (22); a woven net formed by arranging a plurality of warp yarns (22) in a horizontal direction; and a bundle warp yarn (24) for integrating the woven nets by knitting the woven nets at a predetermined interval after arranging the woven nets in a stack structure.
