The present invention relates to a fastening device for a finishing stone of a building that can finely adjust a spacing between a stone plate and a wall. The fastening device includes: anchor fixing plates (30, 31) vertically installed to a wall (20) by an anchor bolt (21); key stoppers (32a, 32b) formed on an upper end of a lower extension part (32c); a bolt clamp (33) of a C-shaped cross section, of which flat flanges (33a, 33b) are provided on an upper end to be spaced apart from each other, and a spacing between the flat flanges is gradually decreased; a cylindrical nut support part (34) formed by rolling it in a cylindrical shape and welding an upper end; an adjustment nut (50) inserted and rotated in the nut support part (34); forming protrusions (34a, 34b, 34c) formed by partially cutting the circumference of the nut support part (34) in a circumferential direction and protruding the cut portion toward an annular locking groove (52); half-cutting slits (33c, 33d) formed on both front and back ends of the bolt clamp (33); and a spacing adjusting bolt (60) fastened to the adjustment nut (50) and moved back and forth by the nut.
본 발명은 석재판과 벽체 사이의 간격을 미세하게 조정할 수 있도록 한 건축용 마감석재 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 앵커볼트(21)에 의해 벽체(20)에 수직으로 설치되고, 하단부에 형성된 반원벤딩부(32)에 의해 일체로 연결되며, 상단부에서 서로 마주보는 방향으로 절곡된 후 접합되는 상단접합부(30a)(31a)를 갖는 앵커고정판(30)(31); 앵커고정판(30)(31)의 하단 일부분과 반원벤딩부(32)를 전방을 향해 일체로 연장해서 형성되는 하부연장부(32c)를 갖고, 하단연장부(32c)의 상단에 형성되는 키스토퍼(32a)(32b); 클램프볼트(40)에 의해 사이가 좁아지는 평판형의 플랜지(33a)(33b)가 상단부에 서로 간격을 두고 형성되는 C자 단면의 볼트클램프(33); 원통형으로 말아서 상단을 접합한 원통형의 너트지지부(34); 너트지지부(34)로 삽입되어 회전되고, 외주면에 환형걸림홈(52)이 형성되며, 전방 단부에 회전노브(54)가 형성되는 조정너트(50); 너트지지부(34)를 둘레방향으로 나란하게 부분 절개한 후 절개된 부분을 환형걸림홈(52)을 향해 돌출시켜서 형성한 포밍돌기(34a)(34b)(34c); 볼트클램프(33)의 전후방 양단에 형성되는 반커팅슬릿(33c)(33d); 조정너트(50)에 나사 결합되어 전후로 이송되고, 선단에는 석재판(22)을 지지하기 위한 석재지지부(62)가 형성되며, 키스토퍼(32a)(32b)의 하단부에 끼워지는 직선안내홈(64)을 갖는 간격조정볼트(60)를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a fastening device for a finishing stone of a building that can finely adjust a spacing between a stone plate and a wall.
