The present invention relates to a foundation reinforcing structure and a foundation reinforcing method using the same which can quickly and economically perform foundation reinforcing work by supplying minimal equipment when reinforcing a foundation of soft ground. According to the present invention, the foundation reinforcing method comprises: a step of rotating and driving a helical pile with a nut fixed thereon into the ground to insert the helical pile to a point where soft ground is positioned; a step of connecting a rod and a steel pipe on which a bolt and a bit for boring are mounted; a step of rotating and driving the steel pipe into the helical pile to bore the soft ground by the bit for boring until the bolt and the nut are completely coupled; a step of separating the rod from the steel pipe to withdraw the rod to an upper portion of the helical pile; and a step of injecting grout into the helical pile to fill the grout around the steel pile and around the helical pile.
본 발명은 연질지반의 기초보강 시 최소한의 장비를 투입하여 보다 신속하고 경제적으로 기초보강작업을 수행할 수 있는 기초보강구조물 및 이를 이용한 기초보강방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명에 따른 기초보강방법은, 너트가 고정된 헬리컬파일을 지중에 회전 관입하여 경질지반이 위치한 지점까지 삽입하는 단계와; 천공용 비트와 볼트가 장착된 강관을 로드와 연결하는 단계와; 강관을 헬리컬파일 내부로 회전 관입시켜 볼트와 너트의 완전한 체결이 이루어지는 시점까지 천공용 비트를 통해 경질지반을 천공하는 단계와; 로드를 강관으로부터 분리하여 헬리컬파일 상부로 인출시키는 단계와; 헬리컬파일 내부로 그라우팅재를 주입하여 강관 주변과 헬리컬파일 주변을 그라우팅재로 채우는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
