Non-slip packaging with excellent abrasion resistance non-slip performance and adhesive strength manufacturing method thereof and installing method of non-slip packaging
The present invention relates to a nonslip pavement material with excellent abrasion resistance, nonslip performance, and bonding strength, and a manufacturing method thereof. In particular, as a surface-modified methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin is used, excellent rapid drying property is provided, physical properties, such as nonslip, bonding strength, compressive strength, wear resistance, and the like, are largely improved. Moreover, since the surface-modified MMA resin and a hardening agent are mixed, paved, and cured at a suitable mixing ratio in accordance with a field condition, a construction period and a working process are reduced. Moreover, due to addition of illite, anion is emitted, and the content of toxic heavy metal and VOC are remarkably lowered. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step of preparing a complex resin composition; a step of preparing a first mixture; a step of preparing a second mixture; and a step of preparing a nonslip color pavement material.
본 발명은 내마모성, 미끄럼방지 성능 및 접착강도가 우수한 미끄럼방지포장재 및 그 제조방법 에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 표면 개질된 MMA 수지를 사용함에 따라 우수한 속건성을 가지며, 미끄럼방지, 접착 강도, 압축 강도 및 내마모성 등의 물성이 크게 향상되고, 표면 개질된 MMA 수지와 경화제를 현장 여건에 맞게 적절한 배합비로 혼합하여 포설하고 경화시키기 때문에 시공 기간을 단축하고 작업 과정을 감소시킬 수 있으며, 일라이트 첨가로 인해 음이온을 방출하고 유해성 중금속 및 VOC 함량을 현저히 낮출 수 있는 내마모성, 미끄럼방지 성능 및 접착강도가 우수한 미끄럼방지포장재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
