The present invention relates to an anti-slip packaging material having excellent adhesive strength and abrasion resistance and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the anti-slip packaging material is manufactured from a packaging composition including: a base resin including a regenerated polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) resin, a regenerated methyl methacrylate (MMA) and an acrylic monomer; and regenerated alumina and a polysiloxane compound.
