Grating welding method using jig for grating welding
Disclosed is a grating welding method using a grating welding jig, allowing a worker to perform a welding work of a grating in the most comfortable posture without rotating or moving the grating manually or with a crane and the like. According to the present invention, the grating welding jig comprises: a support plate installed in a base unit and having an inclined surface of a predetermined section formed on an upper surface thereof; a rotational place closely adhered to the upper surface of the support plate to be connected to the support plate in order to be rotated to an inclined surface side of the support plate while being perpendicular to the ground; an angle adjustment means installed in the support plate and the rotational plate to rotate and fix the rotational plate to the inclined surface side of the support plate at a desired angle; and a grating mounting means installed in the rotational plate to be able to interlocked and rotated with the rotational plate so as to mount the grating before a plurality of crossbars and bearing bars are assembled in a lattice shape.
작업자가 그레이팅을 수작업 또는 크레인 등을 이용하여 회전시키거나 옮기는 작업 없이 가장 편안한 자세에서 그레이팅의 용접작업을 진행할 수 있도록 하는 그레이팅 용접용 지그가 개시된다. 상기 그레이팅 용접용 지그는 베이스부에 설치되며 상부면에 소정구간 경사면이 마련되는 지지대와, 상기 지지대의 상부면과 밀착되어 지면과 수평을 이룬 상태에서 상기 지지대의 경사면 측으로 회전 가능하도록 상기 지지대에 회전 가능하게 연결되는 회전 플레이트와, 상기 회전 플레이트를 상기 지지대의 경사면 측으로 원하는 각도로 회전시켜 고정시킬 수 있도록 상기 지지대와 회전 플레이트에 설치되는 각도 조절수단 및, 상기 회전 플레이트와 연동되어 회전될 수 있도록 상기 회전 플레이트에 설치되어 복 수개의 크로스바와 베어링 바가 격자 형태로 조립된 용접 전의 그레이팅을 안착시킬 수 있는 그레이팅 안착수단을 포함할 수 있다.
