ECO-FRIENDLY SURFACE PROTECTION COMPOSITION WITH ENHANCED FUNCTIONS AND DURABILITY AND METHOD FOR PROTECTING SURFACE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE THEREWITH
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly surface protecting agent composition with improved durability and functionality and a method of protecting the surface of a concrete structure using the same, wherein the composition comprises 1 to 99 wt% of an inorganic filler and 1 to 99 wt% of a modifying admixture, and the modifying admixture comprises 25 to 96 wt% of acrylic acid glacial, 1 to 35 wt% of a polyester polyol, 1 to 25 wt% of polybenzimidazole, 1 to 15 wt% of 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate, and 1 to 15 wt% of furfuryl alcohol. The composition according to the present invention can implement an increase in service life of the concrete structure, reduction in maintenance costs of the concrete structure, and improvements in constructability of the concrete structure since the composition is excellent in strength, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, incombustibility, UV resistance, resistance to chloride attack, neutralization resistance, adhesion, resistance to freezing and thawing, and durability. Further, the composition according to the present invention can obtain a cost reduction effect by enabling a construction period to be shortened since the composition enables a construction operation to be performed and exhibits excellent adhesive strength even in a state that an adherend is wet, thereby making it not necessary to dry the adherend as in an existing organic resin.
본 발명은, 무기 충전재 1∼99중량% 및 개질 혼화제 1∼99중량%를 포함하며, 상기 개질 혼화제는 아크릴릭에시드그레이실(acrylic acid glacial) 25∼96중량%, 폴리에스테르 폴리올 1∼35중량%, 폴리벤즈이미다졸 1∼25중량%, 2-하이드록시에틸아크릴레이트 1~15중량% 및 푸르푸릴알코올 1∼15중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성 및 기능성이 개선된 친환경 표면 보호제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 표면 보호 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 강도, 내마모성, 내식성, 불연성, UV저항성, 내염해성, 중성화 저항성, 부착성, 동결융해저항성 및 내구성이 우수하여 콘크리트 구조물의 공용기간 증가, 유지보수비용 절감 및 시공성 향상을 구현할 수 있다. 또한, 피착물이 습윤 상태에서도 시공이 가능하고 우수한 접착력을 나타내 기존 유기계 수지에서처럼 건조할 필요가 없어 시공기간을 단축할 수 있어 비용 절감효과를 얻을 수 있다.
