CUTTING APPARATUS OF WEEDS AND SCRUB FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT
The present invention relates to a weed/scrub cutting apparatus installed in heavy equipment using hydraulic pressure that can easily cut weeds or scrub, and prevent the apparatus from being broken by a cut blade cutting the weeds or scrubs or prevent a person from being injured by stone collided with the blade or debris of the scrub. The apparatus includes: a housing having an attachment on the upper portion thereof, attached in heavy equipment using hydraulic pressure; a rotation shaft horizontally installed in the housing, with both ends being supported, and rotated by a driving force of a hydraulic motor provided on one side of the housing; guide members installed on an outer peripheral surface of the rotation shaft at regular intervals, in which rows of guide members are arranged in a longitudinal direction of the rotation shaft, and each row is formed with at least one blade installing groove on an outer peripheral surface on which a cutting member is installed; and the cutting member installed on the blade installing groove to be rotated around a hinge shaft, and having the cutting blade at an end to cut the weeds or scrub which is guided by the guide member.
본 발명은 유압을 이용하는 중장비에 설치하여 잡풀은 물론 잡목을 용이하게 절단할 수 있고, 잡풀 및 잡목을 절단하는 절단칼날에 의해 장치가 파손되거나 그 절단칼날에 부딪힌 돌이나 잡목의 파편에 의해 사람이 부상을 입는 것을 방지할 수 있는 중장비용 잡풀 및 잡목 절단장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 구성은 유압을 이용한 중장비에 장착되는 어태치먼트가 상부에 설치된 하우징; 상기 하우징 내부에 양단이 지지되도록 수평 설치되어 하우징의 일측에 마련된 유압모터의 구동력을 전달받아 회전하는 회전축; 상기 회전축의 길이방향을 따라 복수개의 열을 이루도록 회전축의 외주면에 일정 간격을 두고 설치되며, 각각의 열에는 절단부재가 설치되도록 함몰된 칼날설치홈이 외주면을 따라 하나 이상 형성된 가이드부재; 상기 칼날설치홈에 힌지축으로 회동되게 설치되며 상기 가이드부재를 통해 안내되어 이동된 잡풀과 잡목을 절단하는 절단칼날이 끝단부에 형성된 절단부재;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a weed/scrub cutting apparatus installed in heavy equipment using hydraulic pressure that can easily cut weeds or scrub, and prevent the apparatus from being broken by a cut blade cutting the weeds or scrubs or prevent a person from being injured by stone collided with the blade or debris of the scrub. 본 발명은 유압을 이용하는 중장비에 설치하여 잡풀은 물론 잡목을 용이하게 절단할 수 있고, 잡풀 및 잡목을 절단하는 절단칼날에 의해 장치가 파손되거나 그 절단칼날에 부딪힌 돌이나 잡목의 파편에 의해 사람이 부상을 입는 것을 방지할 수 있는 중장비용 잡풀 및 잡목 절단장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 구성은 유압을 이용한 중장비에 장착되는 어태치먼트가 상부에 설치된 하우징; 상기 하우징 내부에 양단이 지지되도록 수평 설치되어 하우징의 일측에 마련된 유압모터의 구동력을 전달받아 회전하는 회전축; 상기 회전축의 길이방향을 따라 복수개의 열을 이루도록 회전축의 외주면에 일정 간격을 두고 설치되며, 각각의 열에는 절단부재가 설치되도록 함몰된 칼날설치홈이 외주면을 따라 하나 이상 형성된 가이드부재; 상기 칼날설치홈에 힌지축으로 회동되게 설치되며 상기 가이드부재를 통해 안내되어 이동된 잡풀과 잡목을 절단하는 절단칼날이 끝단부에 형성된 절단부재;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
