PIPE CUTTING APPARATUS FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT
One embodiment of the present invention provides a pipe cutting device for heavy equipment that can safely and quickly cut a pipe embedded in the ground. Here, the pipe cutting device for heavy equipment comprises a body unit, a holder unit, a cutting unit, and a lifting unit. The body unit forms a body and has an opening unit which is open at the bottom to insert a target pipe to be cut. The holder unit is provided in pair to be rotatable on both sides of a lower part of the body unit, and tightly supports a lower part of the target pipe inserted into the opening unit to fix the target pipe. The cutting unit is provided at one side of the body unit, and radially cuts the target pipe inserted and fixed in the opening unit. The lifting unit is provided in the body unit and, when the target pipe is inserted into the opening unit, lifts the cutting unit so that the target pipe is cut by the cutting unit.
본 발명의 일실시예는 지중에 매설된 파이프를 안전하고 빠르게 절단할 수 있는 중장비용 파이프 절단장치를 제공한다. 여기서, 중장비용 파이프 절단장치는 바디부, 홀더부, 커팅부 그리고 승강부를 포함한다. 바디부는 몸체를 형성하고, 절단하고자 하는 대상파이프가 삽입되도록 하측이 개방 형성되는 개구부를 가진다. 홀더부는 바디부의 하부 양측에 회전 가능하도록 한 쌍이 구비되고, 개구부로 삽입되는 대상파이프의 하부를 밀착 지지하여 대상파이프를 고정시킨다. 커팅부는 바디부의 일측에 구비되고, 개구부에 삽입되어 고정되는 대상파이프를 지름방향으로 자른다. 승강부는 바디부에 구비되고, 대상파이프가 개구부에 삽입되면 커팅부에 의해 대상파이프가 잘리도록 커팅부를 승강시킨다.
