Fire Resistant Slab Using Lightweight Foamed Concrete and Manufacturing Method thereof
The present invention relates to a method for producing a fireproof slab, and a fireproof slab produced by the production method. To this end, the slab is produced with two types of ingredients to have a fireproof lower layer on a side of a seal positioned at the bottom of a neutral axis in a vertical direction, and a compression upper layer as a compression side. The fireproof lower layer is made of lightweight foamed concrete with excellent fire resistance, and the compression upper layer is made of general concrete. According to the present invention, it is possible to sufficiently exhibit structural functions as a slab, reduce weight thereof, and improve fire resistance.
본 발명은 연직방향으로 중립축의 아래쪽에 위치하는 인장측의 내화 하부층과 압축측에 해당하는 압축 상부층을 가지도록 2종의 재료로 슬래브를 제작하되, 내화 하부층은 내화성능이 우수한 경량기포 콘크리트로 이루어지도록 하며, 압축 상부층은 일반적인 콘크리트로 이루어지도록 제작함으로써 슬래브로서의 구조적인 성능은 충분히 발휘하면서도 자중을 경감시키고 내화성은 향상시킬 수 있게 되는 내화 슬래브의 제작방법과, 이러한 제작방법에 의해 제작되는 내화 슬래브에 관한 것이다.
