Sprinkler fixing device
According to the present invention, a combination of an elastic fixture fixing the square pipe to the ceiling panel fixing frame fixed to the slab and a sprinkler reducer perpendicular to the square frame can be assembled and mounted easily and robustly without a separate tool to allow the sprinkler to be installed quickly in the field. The sprinkler fixing device includes a plurality of ceiling panel fixing frames horizontally installed to be spaced apart from the slab, a fixing member for fixing the square pipe and the square pipe placed on the upper side of the ceiling panel fixing frame, and a sprinkler ladder fixed vertically to the square pipe by a diaphragm and assembled with a sprinkler so as to be exposed below the ceiling panel, wherein the fixing member includes a spring steel-based pipe pressing piece formed between the pipe supporting pieces pressing the upper surface of the square pipe so as to have a width corresponding to the upper surface of the square pipe; and a pair of symmetrical elastic fixing pieces in which the pipe supporting piece has a lower end opposite to the pipe supporting piece and the lower end of the pipe supporting piece is provided with a force-receiving portion formed on the opening side of the ceiling panel so as to be in contact with both side surfaces of the square pipe, in which the square pipe is pressed and fixed to the ceiling panel fixing frame side.
본 발명은 슬래브에 고정 설치되어 있는 천장패널 고정용 프레임에 사각파이프를 고정하는 탄성고정구와, 사각프레임에 수직으로 스프링클러 리듀서의 결합이 별도의 공구 없이도 견고하고 간편하게 조립 설치할 수 있도록 하여 스프링클러를 현장에서 신속하게 설치할 수 있게 한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 슬래브와 이격되도록 수평으로 설치한 복수의 천장패널 고정용 프레임과, 상기 천장패널 고정용 프레임의 상측에 안치되는 사각파이프 및 사각파이프를 고정하는 고정부재와, 상기 사각파이프에 수직으로 조리개에 의해 고정되며, 천장패널 하측으로 노출되도록 스프링클러가 조립되는 스프링클러 리듀서를 포함하는 스프링클러 고정장치에 있어서; 상기 고정부재는, 스프링강으로 구성되며, 사각파이프의 상부면을 가압하는 양쪽 파이프지지편 사이에 사각파이프의 상면에 부합하는 폭을 갖도록 호형으로 절곡 형성한 파이프가압편과; 걸림턱이 하단에 형성되며 파이프가압편에서 절개부를 경계로 일단이 파이프지지편 쪽에 일체형으로 연결되며, 파이프지지편과 반대쪽 하단에는 천장패널 고정용 프레임의 개구측에 길이방향으로 절곡 형성한 힘살부에 걸림되는 걸림턱을 형성하여 사각파이프의 양쪽 측면에 면접되도록 서로 대칭으로 형성한 한 쌍의 탄성고정편;을 포함하도록 구성하여 사각파이프를 천장패널 고정용 프레임 쪽으로 가압 고정되도록 한 것이다.
