Fixing apparatus for reduer of sprinkler
The present invention relates to a fixing apparatus for a reducer of a sprinkler, which can be coupled to be screwed to a ceiling structure supported by a structure so that residual stress in a rotational direction is not left in the reducer by a connection pipe connecting a water supply pipe with the reducer. According to the present invention, in the fixing apparatus for the reducer of the sprinkler, which is fixed to a support frame of the ceiling structure to fix the reducer of the sprinkler, the reducer is formed with a cylindrical screw fastening portion of which a screw thread is formed on an outer circumferential surface. Moreover, the fixing apparatus for the reducer of the sprinkler comprises: a fixed wing unit including a reducer coupling portion having a screw thread formed on an inner circumferential surface so as to be screwed to the screw fastening portion of the reducer, and a structure coupling portion extending in a radial direction to the outside of the reducer coupling portion and fastened to the ceiling structure; and a wing fastening unit for fastening the fixed wing unit to the ceiling structure.
본 발명은 급수관과 레듀샤를 연결하는 연결관에 의해 상기 레듀샤에 회전방향의 잔류응력이 남지 않도록 레듀샤를 구조물에 지지되는 천장구조물에 나사체결되도록 결합할 수 있는 스프링클러의 레듀샤 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 천장구조물의 지지프레임에 고정되어 스프링클러의 레듀샤를 고정하는 스프링클러의 레듀샤 고정장치에 있어서, 상기 레듀샤는 외주면에 나사산이 형성되어 있는 원통형의 나사체결부가 형성되어 있고, 상기 레듀샤의 나사체결부에 나사결합되도록 내주면에 나사산이 형성되어 있는 레듀샤결합부와, 상기 레듀샤결합부의 외측에 방사상의 방향을 따라 연장되어 천장구조물에 체결되는 구조물결합부를 포함하는 고정날개유닛과, 상기 고정날개유닛을 상기 천장구조물에 체결하기 위한 날개체결유닛을 포함한다.
