VARIABLE FILLER FOR SUPPORTING COLUMN-TYPE WALL
The present invention relates to a variable filler to support a column-type soil retaining wall, which is installed between a soil retaining wall and a deck plate constructed on a ground excavation surface of various kinds of civil and architectural construction sites. In particular, the variable filler requires a space required for arranging a rebar and deposit concrete during bottom-up construction for an underground soil retaining wall space, placed between a structure slab and a retaining wall (temporary wall) before a vertical member, which is the weakest portion in a method to construct an underground structure in a top-down type, by the bottom-up construction is completed and, at the same time, plays a role of transferring soil pressure of the soil retaining wall to the slab structure. Accordingly, the variable filler is easily installed, thereby providing construction convenience, improving supporting force, and being easily installed regardless of an interval between the soil retaining wall and the deck plate, which is uneven in a site or among sites.
본 발명은 각종 건축 및 토목 현장의 지반 굴착면에 시공된 흙막이 벽체와 데크 플레이트 사이에 설치되어 흙막이 벽체를 지지하는 흙막이 벽체 지지용 필러에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는, 역타 방식으로 지하 구조물을 축조하는 공법에서 가장 취약한 부분인 순타 방식에 의한 수직 부재를 완성하기 전 구조체 슬라브와 흙막이 벽체(가설벽체) 사이에 위치하는 지하 옹벽 공간에 순타 공사시 철근 배근과 콘크리트 타설 공간이 필요한 동시에 흙막이 벽체의 토압을 슬라브 구조체에 전달하는 역할을 하는 가변식 필러, 더욱 상세하게는 설치가 용이하여 시공이 편리하고, 지지력을 향상시키면서 현장 또는 다른 현장마다 균일하지 않은 흙막이 벽체와 데크 플레이트 간의 간격과 무관하게 설치가 용이한 주열식 흙막이 벽체 지지용 가변식 필러에 관한 것이다.
